We may be having a couple one off’s with an author or two+. These may take place Thursday morning, afternoon, and or Friday morning. I’ll post asap so you can plan your travel’s accordingly. Space will be limited.

***tours, informal meet up’s, author one off’s, and the Meet & Greet will take place throughout the week.***

DIFFERENT AUTHORS WILL SIGN EACH DAY (FRIDAY OR SATURDAY). The schedule will not be released until 3-4 weeks prior due to cancellations.

International events get a lot of cancels so be prepared. Do not attend for one author as you may be disappointed.

Prior to tickets going on sale we will post which authors will be ticketed and how many wristbands will be given out during the signing. The ticketed author process will also be posted along with limits. We want to be as transparent as possible.

Thursday 5 September

– Morning possible one off with author

– Afternoon possible one off with author

– Meet & Greet Brewhemia 5:30pm ish – 8:30pm ish. As of now no authors will sign

Friday 6 September

– Morning possible one off with author

– EE Signing 1:30pm Early Entry

– 3:30pm General admission

– 8:30pm/9:30pm signing ends

Saturday 7 September

– EE signing 9:30am – 11:30am

– General Admission 11:30am – 4:30pm/5:30pm

Though we will have another level added for both signing days, tickets will be limited. This venue cannot accommodate what London/Paris/Florence can at the same time we don’t want too few in the venue.

Remember : QUEUES / LINES. Are your BFF. There is no way to avoid them so please anticipate long wait times.

Ticketed Authors

At RARE we do ticketed wristbands differently than other signings. We find it’s the only fair, equitable way for all to get a equal chance:

– One ticketed wristband per attendee per ticketed author. You can not get one for a friend. Limit 1 per attendee per each ticketed author

– Ticketed wristbands can only be picked up at the ticketed authors line from the Line Ambassador for that author l. You can’t be more than one place at a time so choose wisely

– The ticketed (numbered wristbands) process gives you free time to visit other authors while waiting for your number to be called

– Once you enter the authors line after your number has been called, the number on your wristband will be blacked out – no re entry

Our goals during Early Entry:

– Get all wristbands given out during EE through the lines before general admission enters or as close as possible

– Get all numbered wristbands through one hour prior to the signing ending. One hour prior we will open up the lines to all with an item limit but only if the author is caught up

**Normally there will not be more than 10-12 authors ticketed per day. Too many just adds to confusion**

Due to multiple levels for the event we will try and group sub genres together unless an author has a specific request or is ticketed.

The only difference between Early Entry and General Admission = 2 hours each signing day.

Assistant and all Line Ambassador volunteers will participate during Early Entry but must have either a general admission or early entry ticket.

You must have a weekend signing ticket (general admission or early entry) to participate in any event parties or author one off’s. These all may be included in your ticket price but not 100% sure yet.

There will be no one day tickets offered

All disabled attendees must have a ticket for any and all helpers/aides attending with you.

Finally – DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU CAN NOT ATTEND BOTH SIGNING DAYS. Different authors will sign each day.
